TWANG
So I get the wrong pots.. ok.. it happens. I reorder. So UPS wrecks the box, loses some parts and ruins my guard material ok. stuff happens. so I reorder and everyone is waiting.. and though I asked for metric thread pots I got all usa thread pots. a whole boxful of pots that I normally never even use. so now. I have to tell people that it's ANOTHER week.. and this was supposed to be my big order so that I would have plenty on hand and not make anyone wait. Instead, I have spent a wad of money on stuff I don't need, and disappointed people for three weeks in a row. and who can you blame besides me? this 'business' is starting to suck. IF you are waiting.. or want a full no questions asked refund. .. no problem. just send me a message. yours in total frustration.
Whitmore Willy
TWANG, Do Not....repeat...Do Not go to a casino this week!! On the serious side. Your reputation goes far beyond this forum as being a fair and honest person. It may have been an unfortunate chain of events. You have however, offered up an explanation. What else can anyone do? I've seen high buck stores offer less. Hope the next week goes better for you. Willy

mbrooks0711
I feel you man. I work for a place that sells very time sensitive materials (construction supplies) and when a vendor or another branch messes up, you are the one that loses business. Personal notifications about delay's never hurt. I just had a guitar in the shop for 3 months because Ibanez wouldn't ship the parts to the repair place, but it was good to get calls every week explaining the situation. Chin up buddy. lpfan
Twang, you should contact a manager in customer service and see if there is anything they can do to help you out. Especially if they sent the wrong stuff. Good luck and hang in there bud!
CajunBlues
so now. I don't get it....
Nattsvart
Sometimes bad things travel in flocks. Or herds. Or groups. I used to handle import cars, and this guy came from the north of the country to pick up his car. A long drive and he had to start early in the morning. Half way he had a small accident. Nothing serious but it took time writing some paperworks. In order to make up time he increased the speed. A bit later the Police stopped him for speeding, and he lost his drivers licence. His son was with him (to drive that car back) and drove the rest of the way. He arrived to me very late and had missed his time slot. Eventually we handled everything and he went to pay. He had a cashiers check. So we said “ok, may we see an ID card”. He reached for his wallet only to realise he didn't have the drivers license any longer. The police took it. With no ID-card I couldn’t accept a personal cashiers check, the bank wont allow it. Sometimes the bad things just pile up one after the other.
