Californiaman
We're all awake and ready for the big Pancake Breakfast Fund Raiser. It's for my son's best friend's basketball league. The entire family is going. Love me some pancakes. I'll take a stack of pancakes over waffles any day.

Versatile
Waffles can hold their own against Pancakes with the right sponsorship....in addition to which, a Waffle comes to life with Creme Chantilly.

TommyK
Our Lion's Club just had one. Only it was a Pancake Sausage supper. One of our members is a hog farmer and donated the sausage. Whole Hog... not the carp you get at the store. 80+ lean. We sell as much frozen patties (1/4#) as we do cooked. I always take a new bottle of sorghum molasses to share! Mmmm, mmm. Most of the old timers remember pressing and boiling down cane sorghum for molasses from back during the wars and love the stuff. Me too. Sweet, with just a bit of bite.
