My LP Junior was a little loose in the case, I fixed that, with the cardboard shipping box

I took the packing box supplied by Epiphone and cut out an "insert" (I "tri-folded' the box to build up the thickness).

 

My "Junior" doesn't rattle any more, a perfect fit.

I thought about a towel or making a pad or pillow. I was going to chuck the cardboard box (it was a pretty nice box actually, for a corrugated cardboard box, but was empty and taking up space in my closet). Hey Epiphone, cut down on all the graphics and printing, you could knock off a few bucks from the price of the case. KISS and all that. Also Epiphone, how about making an "official" pad or pillow, so I don't have to use a cut up cardboard box. Now that would be cool.
