I wondered if anyone can give me any advice (good or bad) or info on playing experience etc. There is one in my local shop, I'm not keen on the bright red plastic looking finish though. midiman56 Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 I've got one, Jonny ... and it's one of my favorite guitars: I don't really dislike the "candy apple red" version, but I'm happy I was able to get my hands on one of the bursts. Also, you should be aware that Epiphone made a bolt-on neck version of this guitar, and all of them I've ever seen were in the red ... just letting you know so you can be sure of what you're buying. It is a super guitar ... a bit neck heavy, but with a bright, sparkly tone and one of the most comfortable neck/fretboards I've ever played. Good luck!
