mydeadblues Posted January 26, 2011 Share Posted January 26, 2011 I have a chance to get a red riviera for $420 but it doesn't come with a case :/. What do you guys think the value of this guitar is? I'm thinking about trying to flip it and sell it on ebay. I saw one go for $640 last month and another only for $400. The difference being, from what I can tell, was the $640 was made in Korea and the $400 was made in China. Both had mini humbuckers and were in great shape. What do you guys think? The MIC Riviera with minis is currently available in Europe and by special order in the US, so the likelihood of flipping one at a profit above $420 is nil. cunningham26 Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 If it's a 2005 it might be Peerless or Unsung. they come up pretty often on ebay, and sell for between $450-600, usually just depending on how badly two people want it at that moment. Def get a case for it before trying to sell, that's definitely a dealbreaker for me at least. If it's got full size humbuckers, pm me, i just may take it off your hands!
