The other man is Son House in the flesh. (at 1:25) Now you can see where Keith Richards picked up some of his open tuning slide guitar influence from ("Has anybody seen my Red Rooster?). Mick Taylor, too. Listen to some of their slide work on the Stones "Exile On Main Street" album. You can hear the Howlin' Wolf influence. Yes, and nice Gibson Firebird he's got there, as you say.
