Dave, I saw this post and had to jump in and say the new Gretsch's from Japan are just fantastic man. I got my 2 tone green 6118 couple weeks ago and I am blown away by every aspect of mine. As was said if it ends up not speaking to ya it will be an easy sale. Here's mine.
