SG Standard Pickguard

Hello there,

I wanted to replace the stock pick guard that came on my SG standard to cream instead of black.

I see from the link below there is one offered, however it says that it fits the "late 60's models". I contacted the seller and they said it is possible that the drilling holes may not align properly. I just didn't want to go putting on a guard that I would potentially have to modify my guitar for.

Has anyone tried this? Or know of another place I could order a cream colored full pick guard for my SG?

Thank you.

Lots of options here, including Lefty/Righty orientation, material, color, pickup orientation, pickup mounting holes, guard mounting holes, and beveled edge cut,(30 or 45 degrees)

I got a 5-Ply "blk/wht/blk/wht/blk" guard for a `67 Flying-V from here.

Fit perfect.

Here's the SG Standard page:

This IS exactly what I seem to have been looking for.

Thank you!
