Alan189
Forgive me if this has been asked and answered before but I'm curious... Why do the Epiphone Dot and G400 models not come with neck binding? It would make the guitars more appealing, in my opinion. I know there have been some limited runs of these models with binding but are hard to find.
LongMan
Why do the Epiphone Dot and G400 models not come with neck binding? To keep the manufacturing cost low, and to make you consider one of the more expensive guitars
Vinlander
To keep the manufacturing cost low, and to make you consider one of the more expensive guitars Exactly what happened in my case; I had the choice between a used Epi Dot and a used Sheraton for the same price (trade in). I immediately fell in love with the bounded 5 pieces neck of the Sheraton.
RaSTuS
A Dot Deluxe and a G400 Custom have binding, so as mentioned, if you buy the more expensive versions of them you'll get the binding.
