Californiaman
I'm seeing used Gibson L6-S for well under the current MSRP from the Gibson websight. Gibson L6-S Why on earth would you not buy an original from the '70s or early '80s? They're a fraction of the cost of the new models. Check out a used one on GBase Even an '81 Silver Burst is $1,599.00 vs. a new one for $2,999.00 for a brand spanking new one. Save some money folks. Buy the used one. damian
Calling the "new" L6S guitar an L6S is like calling a chambered LP Studio a 1959 re-issue......... They aren't even close in being the same guitars.....I owned a 1979/1980 one....Fantastic guitar..........
brundaddy
I couldn't agree more, CAman. It seems very foolish to me that anyone would buy a new Gibson.
