brad1 Posted March 31, 2012 Share Posted March 31, 2012 I have the Crunchy PAT pair in my LP. They are wound to 14k and 10k just like these. I like them a lot. They were a huge improvement over the stock pups that were in there. These, however, are not GFS pups (as stated). So I'm not sure what they will sound like. But for $37 for the pair, it might be worth the risk. I'd probably spend a little more for the GFS brand though. NO risk with those. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You're not getting very good PU's for $37 a pair, not any better than what you have now. Waste of money, and you'll lose money reslling them. GFS aren't all that impressive either. Your best bet is to look for higher quality used PU's, like Duncans (not 'Duncan Designed') and DiMarzios on eBay, a lot of time they'll go for around around half price, and you're getting a far better PU.
