onewilyfool Posted April 21, 2012 Share Posted April 21, 2012 I've been looking 5 years for a good koa guitar......I must have played 30 koa guitars......I have yet to find one that didn't sound "jangly" to me. Mike Are you talking about all Koa, including the top, or just the back & sides? Koa is similar in tone to mahogany, but very different from rosewood.
