swampash
Has anyone checked this guy out? I've been reading a lot of articles in Guitarist magazine about him over the last couple of years but this week I actually took time out to get his albums and give him a good listen. He plays a well worn 62 Strat and his tone is just out of this world. His cover of Neil Young's Cinnamon Girl is fantastic.
LarryUK
I posted something about him on here a week or so ago. He's a good player. I've recently got into Richie Kotzen too. Look him up.
bonzoboy
I've been singing the praises of Toronto's own Philip Sayce on different guitar oriented forums for over two years now.The guy is like an amalgam of Buddy Guy,Jeff Healy,AlbertKing and of course a very heavy Hendrix influence. He made a pretty good name for himself when he was backing one of the Melissas, either Manchester or Ethridge,on a world tour. The guy is simply too good to believe,I could watch and listen to him play for hours-he's just plan mesmerizing to witness. swampash
His tone is just incredible, the range of sounds he gets from that 62 Strat is amazing. It's hard to believe that the Strat was near mint when he bought it when you look at how little paint is left on it.
