Could have sworn they had the short tenon but I could be wrong. No, I'm going to stick with my original thought, regular customs have the short tenon unless someone can prove me wrong. That's right, the Historic Collection Les Paul Customs have the long tenon as does the Custom Collection '68 Les Paul Custom while the regular LP Customs have short.
