onewilyfool Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 Just a shout out to Gibson Customer Service and Lavonne (I hope that I didn't mis-spell her name) I recently purchased a previously owned (used) Gibson custom J-30 Firebird, that did not have the certificate of authenticity that came with it from the factory. I phoned and talked to Lavonne and got it yesterday, signed by Ren himself!!! I really appreciate what they did, it just kind of completes my guitar for me. Thanks Gibson!!!
