FenderGuy1
Yes, I have tried venturing out of the guitar and into the organ!! a different world regardless but ill still be playing my guitar, even tho i have went into the organ side of things, i have the opertunity to play a cathedral organ!!! I dunno when I am going to play this supposed cathedral organ, but should i do this or not? like i wanna play rock songs on the organ, but i dont wanna get the priest angry or anything, Maybe I can play it sort of churchy or something whatever, anyway i hope i do get to play this cathedral organ! Wish me luck!
LysanderSky
Do it! Any kind of music on any instrument will broaden your musical horizon and skills. Learning something (classical, gospel, whatever) you normally wouldn't will improve your understanding and refine your tastes. Look at The Doors: Robby Krieger was a Flamenco player, John Densmore a Jazz player, Ray Manzarek played classical piano...
