RaysEpiphone Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 Friend of mine got a brand new Alienware machine back in 2008, it never ran correctly and he had much work done on it that was supposed to have been the cure. He kept it but never stopped kicking himself for shelling out almost 3K for it and I believe the amount of time he spent on the phone with Dell support gave him a few gray hair's.
