Bigans
Ciao a tutti. Ciao Bigans, da http://www.guitardaterproject.org, selezionando: Electric Solid Body - Vintage Panel (For all Gibson guitars made prior to 1977) Ink Stamped / Decal unto back of headstock - Serial Number is (You must select 1 of the following) Si ottiene: Your guitar was made at the Kalamazoo Plant, USA approximately in: 1960
iso85

Sul sito c'è pure questa nota: Les Paul Classic: Les Paul Classic: This model features an ink stamped serial number with no "MADE IN USA" (just as we used on the original 1952-1960 Les Pauls). Most will be 5 to 6 digits in length, but the earliest examples feature 4 digit serial numbers. There should be a space after the 1st digit with the 4 and 5 digit serial numbers, and no space with the 6 digit numbers.

The 1st and 2nd indicate the year of manufacture for the 6 digit serial numbers which we've been using since 2000. Examples - 9 xxx = 1989 (4 digit number beginning with "9" used only in 1989) 0 xxxx = 1990 9 xxxx = 1999 00xxxx = 2000 05xxxx = 2005 Fonte: http://www2.gibson.com/Support/Serial-Number-Search.aspx OT: Un altro trentino nel forum? Bigans
Un altro trentino nel forum? Mi fa molto piacere! Grazie Georg! Bigans
"Les Paul Classic: The Les Paul Classic features a five- or six-digit number like the models had in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The serial number works just like it did back then with the first number indicating the last number in the year of production. The following four or five digits are production rank and if there is only four digits there will be a space between the first and last four digits, but if there are five digits they will all appear together. Gibson used the five digit numbers through 1999, and in 2000 they switched to the six digit numbers. When Gibson switched to six digits the first two digits indicated the last two digits of the year (02=2002) and all the digits appear together. On four- and five-digit serial number, there will be space between the first and the rest of the digits. Also, in 1989 only, a four digit number was first used that started with 9. No “Made In U.S.A.” stamp appears by the serial number either." da http://www.gibson.com/Files/downloads/bluebook/GibsonElectrics.pdf mentre "Les Paul Classic: The 1960 Les Paul Classic features a six-digit number like the models had in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The following four or five digits are production rank and if there is only four digits there will be a space between the first and last four digits, but if there are five digits they will all appear together. Alnico
