nlee1903
I currently have an Epiphone do with 57s. I'm thinking about taking them out and putting them in my gibson les Paul studio. It's a 2011. I like the sound right now but if I can make it better by swapping them I will. Has anyone put 57s in their studio? Was the sound improved a lot? I want to know if it's worth it. NHTom
My 1997 Gibson Les Paul Studio Gem (originally a double P90 Guitar) came to me modded with a humbucker route in the bridge with a 57 in it. I like it........pretty good "classic" sound out of it. NHTom

Jon S.
IMO you can't go wrong with '57s in any guitar. I've even used them in Strats and Teles!
