Just another thing to inflate Lar's ego! Other than that, it pretty cool!

It all boils down to personal preference. I prefer a nice and glossy maple finger board. But not on a Gibson, it would be like teets on a bull.

Jack the Ripper even make an appearance!

Nitro won't kill you.
It makes you stronger...
It gives me the runs...

If all else fails, I suggest giving this and a tiny bit of elbow grease a try. I've have good luck with it in the past.

Yes. That pattern is carved into the wood as such.. Apparently thats what it looks like after the CNC has done its bit and before it gets sanded on a belt sander to get rid of the ridges... Really was unique and sounded great.. The combination of pickups is something they should do more. The middle position was monstrous.
If I remember right, they were priced pretty reasonably. I should have picked one up for myself...

Was the grain as lumpy as is looked? I always thought those finishes look like alligator skin.

Why does it appear that these are two Gibson employees having a chat to promote the app?

Does this include a wireless phone? If so, I will add the flush of the toilet.

This has to be the first and only time that a Murphy's Lab product melted my butter. If I had the cash, I would look into getting one of these.

Maybe it's an Air Force thing, but most of us Vets do not boast about our rank and pay. We're a bit more humble than that. I will not debate otherwise.

Had a brawl break out at one of my shows. Like everybody was Kung foo fighting kinda brawl. And we weren't even a heavy band so picture the fists flying while we're playing "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" by Pat Benetar.
That happened with me once. The mayhem moved into where we were playing. We stopped playing and started breaking everything down as fast as we could. We got paid an extra $500... I learned that night why some bands played behind chicken wire.

Yeah, this whole thing smells to me. Send it back and get a refund. I certainly wouldn't blame Gibson for this one.

I was wondering that.. What year they started... Also though I have seen some Classics from 2007 that look like the OPs guitar with covered pups. Like in this video..... Which if it is you should be able to tell by the slim neck
I don't think it's a classic due to the serial number difference. The Classic has 6 digits while the guitar in question has 9. Also there isn't that annoying snot green inlays...

I purchased a Les Paul Traditional the first year they came out, which was 2008. Since your Lester is a 2007, its safe to say that it is a Standard.

I love where Gibson put the volume knob!
I would love to get ahold of a functional vintage tube amp like that. I know there are plenty out there to be had, its the cost that keeps me from getting one.

I slept with Madonna and have the cold sore to prove it.

Nice Les Paul, I love the top, very sweet. Looks legit to me. It does appears that the electronics have been replaced and copper shielding added to the cavity. It's not uncommon for people to swap out the PCB board.
Oh, your wife has nice legs.

I may be wrong, but I don't recall Gibson putting 57 Classic Humbucker pickups in a Les Paul.
I had them in my first Lester. 2008 Traditional...

At least they're not snot green like the Les Paul Classics of that era!
