No markings on the PUPs, the owner told me that the orig. owner had changed them. The guitar had been in storage for 15 years and was just a bit on the scratchy side. when I went to clean the pots the wiring was different to say the least, (an active circuit with a 9V battery clip) After cleaning the pots and toggle, just for giggles I put a battery in, and behold, LOUD ! If I had cranked it up past 2 I would have blown the windows out, methinks there's a pre-amp hidden under the pups. It is a nice burst and other than being absolutely cruddy it's in great shape except for a serious case of buckle rash. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
