DSCF1327_zpsd5b9fe86.jpgI didn't have a Jr. as my youngest son's friend has my white one at his studio for some work he is doing. When I happen to go down town I always stop in the pawn shop. Well I came out with this Jr. (and my wallet was $80.00 lighter). Not bad, it sounds outrageous actually...

I picked up something like that a year or two ago. It had butt-ugliest paint job, a big gouge out of the upper bout and the whole pickup assembly was busted up. But, it came with a case. $60. From this.....

Fun platform for going wild. This one got a 16k P-90 on it that screamed "Mississippi Queen". Plenty of guitar to improve on. Have fun.

You are lucky. Our local pawn shop is a bunch of rip off d-bags.

Changing the LP JR. to a double cut was a stroke of genius and stripping it down to the natural finish really helped give it a Wow!! effect.I love the lineup of natural guitars and especially the Rickenbacker,I couldn't tell if she has toaster tops or the high output ones is she a 330/12? I couldn't see the headstock too well with my tired, worn out old eyes.

It's a 360-12 WBBT, one of 5 in the Ric registry, that's Maple-Glo and black trim. 330 body style, but double bound. With all that we've done to it over the years, it's likely the only one like it. It came with hi-gains, but I went toasters 10 years ago. I did a lot of powder coating keep all the new bits in keeping with the original look. The headstock on these is absolutely a work of art. How they got 12 tuners on a head smaller than the one on my Casino is brilliant. My favorite guitar ever.

That's great,I still prefer the 330/12 old 360 "Capri" body style to the "new" 360/12 and the toaster tops to the hi-gain.The toaster tops have a warmth and fullness to their tone that the hi-gains just can't come near-unless you lay out the bucks for a "Jangle Box" and that still doesn't quite cut it..If someone came to me today and offered me a choice between a new 360 or 370/12 or even a 381/12 with hi-gains and a plain-Jane 330/12 with toaster tops,I'd pick the 330 hands down.If I had a beauty like yours in my guitrsenal,I imagine she would probably my favourite too.Cheers.
