Searcy
So I found this at the local pawn shop for $399. I'm thinking the speakers are worth nearly that much. I need this like I need a hole in the head.... but I like it...
capmaster
So I found this at the local pawn shop for $399. I'm thinking the speakers are worth nearly that much. ... Could easily be the case, but if everything else is fine, ripping them out could be a sacrilege... I need this like I need a hole in the head.... but I like it... ... That's completely understood. I guess you're the guy to refurbish that thing close to perfection.
rct
I used to see a guy with the Allmans name Jack Pearson, he used very similar Randall heads, and he got just the nicest, roundest, wire-yest slide sound you can imagine, really really good. I tried a few back then and didn't like how I sounded, but I have always admired what he got out of them. Could be a big fat steal for 399, I would be tempted myself. rct
