Zupa Toscana

Tonight I made about six quarts of Zupa Toscana for dinner. Potato and Italian sausage soup. Soup and sandwiches because we're watching the Academy Awards and just want to keep it easy.

Wednesday the Mrs. and I whipped up some Albondigas (that's meat ball soup for your that don't know). That lasted till Saturday afternoon.

There's something about a cool winters evening and a bowl of hot, steaming soup.

Next week we decided on Chicken Tortilla.

Any favorites?
