recsec
Stupid question time! I have a whole bunch of music stored on my computer as WMA files. I want to convert them to MP3 files so I can use them with my Tascam guitar trainer. How do I do this?:-
surfpup
I use an application called Switch. It has worked great. I use a Mac, but I believe there is a Windows version as well.
daveinspain
You could do that in Itunes.... Just go into the prefrences, go to the "General" tab, then to "import setting", then click on "import using" and then select the type of file you want to convert your file to when you import it.... Thats it.
RichCI
For stuff like this, I like to go to download.com (CNET's software site). Here is a search for file converters for Windows that are free. Can't say I've tried any of them so check out the user and editor ratings to find a good one.
