You might have to snip the plug off of the existing wire harness and splice it into the wiring for the new pickup.  I could be wrong, but I haven't seen the pin plugs sold separately to attach to a replacement  pickup.   Others here who have done a lot of re-wiring projects will probably have a better answer.

You can order the  Gibson Quick Connect harness from eBay or Reverb, and just splice it onto the bare wires of your new pickup. 

That's what I did last year, when I wired some Seymour Duncan pickups into my Les Paul. 

Just be sure to study the color-to-color wiring hookups if you don't go Gibson to Gibson. 
It's different if it's Seymour Duncan to Gibson, believe it or not.
