In all seriousness, I do like Spam the food product.  But my cardiologist insists I lay off it.  

Now, I understand they do make "Spam Lite".  but in checking the sodium is still a bit too high for me.

My wife makes Spam Fried Rice sometimes.

In Hawaii they have dish called a Loco Moco. It's a scoop of rice, a burger patty, brown gravy with an egg on top. You can substitute for Spam if you like. The last time I was there my wife got the traditional one and I got Spam. You can also get Spam and Rice at Mickey D's in Hawaii.
