Thundergod Posted November 26, 2009 Author Share Posted November 26, 2009 More convenient and I might be able to make everything so that the recording room ends up being a little bigger (close to 7x5 meters, the previous one was 4x4,5), the control room will be a little bigger too... the thing is, I'm not leaving as much room for storage and an office, which in the other place was more than half of the place). 100% of older place will be now used for storage It is a completely new place in a new commercial plaza (don't know how you guys call that!), and yes, it's closer to home too. The downside to it: it's a renter! At this time they are renting only and not selling, but I got a nice price and a 5 year contract... if after the 5 years I get to decide I like it then I can either make an offer to buy it or keep renting it (with the price I got, I'm better off payin' rent on it instead of paying the bank twice as much for like 15 years!).
