KL
I saw the post on this retro J-45 and was googling it. I liked this model when it came out and thought I'd look around and see if there were any for sale local to me. These two ads have identical photos, same carpet! Something fishy going on here. http://sfbay.craigslist..../pen/msg/1716449226.html http://london.craigslist.co.uk/msg/1720477690.html
QuestionMark
What's also fish is why its being called a 1962 reissue when we've established on this forum (I think) in a separatelink that this instrument was a 1968 reissue not a 1962 reissue. I believe many of us have seen the 1968 reissue of the J-45 posted and for sale from Fuller's Vintage Guitars in Houston...before Gibson pulled their internet advertisements for still unknown marketing reasons. My suggestion is you call Jeremy Fuller at Fuller's and ask him if he's still selling the 1968 J-45 reissues that he had in-stock and go for purchasing one from him/Fuller's rather than through the mysterious and fishy Craigslist listing. Fullers has a great reputation...(plus, I purchased my 1964 J-45 reissue from Jeremy/Fuller's.) QM aka Jazzman Jeff

ksdaddy
I shot an email to the guy in Cal and told him his pics were being used in the UK. He thanked me for the heads up and said he notified craigslist.
