Mine is an '05 Korean model made at the Unsung plant. It's a Metalic Red Special Edition Ltd., and one of my favorite guitars. It's usually my go to guitar, cept' I finally bought a Casino last week, so I'm currently diggin' that right now. The Kat is versatile as well and a very comfortable guitar to play. I grab it while watching TV, as it doesn't disturb anyone unplugged. The neck is quite nice, similar to an LP IMO. The weight is nice , not to heavy with a nice contour with it's smaller body. I added a pickguard fashioned by myself, as well as adding a ghaphite nut for better tuning stability. The tones are cool with a nice mid range, and twang, depending on what amp you use. You can get good harmonics with the right distortion too. I highly recommend them. Good Luck!

It's the best Epi i've ever owned, did once have 2 Les Paul Standards and 2 Sheratons but i like this one better.

Nice chunky neck, not too big a body and these P-90's are great pickups, it's my first guitar with them.

Don't have a case and no picture but it looks like my avatar.

I got my 2001 Wildkat (Samick made) used on eBay a few years ago (with the Epi hardshell case). It was a sweeet deal on a sweet guitar --- versatile tones, great action, and purty, too! I changed out the knobs for pearl tipped ones, which I think add to its simple elegance.
