Thanks for your help, I'll continue my search for intelligent life elsewhere." that's kind of a strange response...without photos, it is hard to tell anything about your guitar, especially since I don't think a bolt-neck MIJ Les Paul special has ever been posted here before...in fact, I'm note sure they were ever made, as generally speaking by the time epiphone introduced the LP, the cheaper (bolt-neck) models were made in Korea NOT Japan...and that's why photos and serial numbers are desirable and requested...I may be wrong, but even so, it's somewhat standard to ask for images in situations like this...
