mamm7215 Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 A bit steep for me but tempting... http://cgi.ebay.com/1961-Epiphone-Casino-ES-330-Gibson_W0QQitemZ130343555274QQcmdZViewItemQQptZGuitar?hash=item1e5914d0ca
brianh Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 That is nice, watching just to see what it sells for. Probably $2k.
mamm7215 Posted November 11, 2009 Author Posted November 11, 2009 Yeah that's what I was thinking, I'm watching it too, "just to see"...move away from the bid button...move away...

matiac Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I definately like the old style peghead better, the new ones are too curvy. I'm wondering did they come with the split diamond, or did someone maybe "add" that at some point? It's like the ES295s...the pegheads even more curved on those.

Bid the $1,000.00 starting price just to get it going!![/quote'] Believe me, I'm looking at another couple of casinos right now pretty hard and if I wasn't, I probably would have hit the min bid on it. I'm sure it'll go pretty high.
leicester35 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Lovely guitar, but not what I'm gassing for right now. What I'm gassing for is one of these (which, if Brian H's estimate is correct, is about the same sort of coin) -
