mike81800 Posted January 7, 2010 Share Posted January 7, 2010 I have a Alley Kat and I replaced the Bridge humbucker with a SD 59, That was a great move . It sounds great. Now I want to replace the mini-humbucker. But I don't much knowledge about those. Any body have a suggestion for which one would go good with SD59B? I love this Forum. Tons of great info and Ideas! mickyp1989 Posted September 8, 2011 Share Posted September 8, 2011 Hey, first of all id just like to say how pleased i am with my alleykat. i got it on ebay for £230 !!!!. ive already upgraded the bridge humbucker to a gibson 57 classic plus. I was thinking of upgrading the mini to a gibson mini. always had gibson pups in all my guitars n i think theyre the business. ive put some pointers on my controls and i think it looks well stylish. gunna upgrade the toggle switch to a switchmaster one when i can and all the pots. think ill do it when i get the mini pup replaced. go for the gibson mini =) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
