krma777
Signed :-) Although I can't imagine commercial "laws" getting into an expensive reissue experience. Most of the time, majors sign an artist to make sure he'll be kept away from the top of the company main artists catalog. Let's hope it's a different story here... Would be insane to find brand new M's on the market for sure !
headlost
Yes... If it's true what a lot of people say, it seems that the brands bought by Gibson are bound to a low profile existence, until some day they're gone... All for the LP's and SG's long life sake, anyway who on Earth needs a modern guitar, when one may own a "classic"? ;-) Cheers, JPB

Jweingarden
Nearly a month ago I got an email from a Steinberger collector who is fairly close with Jeff Babicz. He said they are planning to produce new Newburgh (assuming Newburgh is being used to describe the quality of that era) GM custom built guitars. He said they will be sold from his website, the first prototype will be the GM4TA. His plan was to have the prototype out in 3-4 months and that was 3 weeks ago.
