Rocky4 Posted November 14, 2010 Share Posted November 14, 2010 It's from around the 1975 to 1979 era. It was played on our local FM radio station and it had a cool haunting quality to it. I don't have a clue who did it. For some reason a David Schaumberg comes to mind, but that probably doesn't mean anything. I spent years tracking down a song called Rock And Roll Lovers by Alphonse Mouzon, only to find it was recorded by Larry Coryell. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He had a couple of FM radio songs during the mid-70's, the biggest of which around here was a live version of Mr. Bojangles. I think before that he played guitar in Jerry Jeff Walker's band.
