Elias Graves Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 That's a cool looking serial number plate. Haven't seen those before. For what it's worth, I have a made in Indonesia SG Speciall II. When I stripped it down to repaint it, I learned the body was all mahogany. Nice bonus. I've seen a few Indonesian built guitars that were pretty well made. Do you have any pics of the rest of the guitar? Honestly, where it was made doesn't mean much to me. My only concern is whether or not I like it. It could be made on Mars for all I care.
