livemusic
I bought a J45 yesterday and today, the battery pack fell off. I see it has a velcro strip that has adhesive on one side, which is mounted somewhere inside. I don't know where to put it, but even if I did, I don't think the adhesive will hold, it is not sticky enough. What to do? Other than that, my, my, I think I have found my soul mate. I have 18 acoustics and finally, I found the sound I am looking for. I like the Martin sound, yes, but I was wanting something with good bass, yet less punch and more earthy sounding. This is it. Sounds awesome in every regard. Love it!
larryp58
Welcome to the wonderful world of Gibson sound! My advice: screw the battery pack, lose the electronics and just mic the guitar (it'll sound twice as good!)
livemusic
Welcome to the wonderful world of Gibson sound! My advice: screw the battery pack, lose the electronics and just mic the guitar (it'll sound twice as good!) Well, I have a DPA gooseneck mic to use IN CONJUNCTION with the onboard pickup and will blend them. Piezo gives volume, DPA gives true sound.
