The guy is a clown, but I find it entertaining, and he can certainly play. The guitar is sick, if you ask me. Insanely detailed. The neck is of particular interest to me - front and back. It looks like a two-toned rosewood finger board (look close...almost like a racing stripe), and when he flips it around to check out the back of the headstock, look at the flame! it's like a zebra. Check it: I have a feeling many already know about these video's, but in case you don't, this guy demo's tons a rare and vintage guitars. Very cool, and easy to watch end after end. EvanPC Posted March 8, 2011 Author Share Posted March 8, 2011 I gotta say, when he switches to the neck pup, I can't help but think you can really hear that all maple body in the tone. If I closed my eyes and someone told me that was a Fender with some heavy gauge strings and a maple neck, I'd buy it. Not that I have an ear for that sort of thing, but...
