If they shut down last week, He and his wife (our daughter) and children would not see any payroll until the nitwits on the hill came up with a plan. That is what they were told. But... At the last minute someone (both sides took credit) blinked and military payroll went out as scheduled... for now. Someone needs to tell the suits on the hill it isn't a good idea to tick people off who have guns and tanks. That is how most coups d'état start.
