Welcome to the forums Billm and HNGD, have you taken any photos yet, there is a Topic called "Do-It-Yourself" pinned to the top of the Epi Lounge section thanks to a guy named animalfarm, , I think posting images is at the top, it'd be great to be able to see it, we love our guitar porn here. midiman56
Welcome to the forum and congrats on a great guitar! I've played at least a half dozen of these models ... pretty much every one we've gotten in at the store. I also own the Gibson Traditional Pro which is valued at four times what the Epiphone goes for. I have to tell you, while there are some differences in the two instruments ... with your Epi, you are getting about 80% of the guitar at 25% of the price! I really like 'em! rdsmith3
Welcome. I also have the LP Traditional Pro and I love it. The pickups sound great. The neck feels great, especially the satin finish. The coil tapping is a nice feature, too.
bonzoboy
Welcome, when I got my Trad. Pro they were only available in Wine or Ebony,I wish I had known that there was asunburst on the horizon.I couldn't get over how much the pups sounded like PAFs,they are fabulous guitars especially through a JCM 800 or a Fender tube amp such as the Blues Jr. or Deluxe Reverb. I think the bursts are only available through certain retailers, like Guitar Center.
