dr.beau
Hi.....Does anyone know why the Epiphone site features a Casino in sunburst yet when you try to purchase one...They only sell vintage sunburst?....Which is basically yellow/black as compared to the classic sunburst? clarkuss
The VCS looks like this: If you want one like this now i'd suggest looking for a casino made from 1994-1998 by the Peerless plant in Korea.

So then, would it make more sense to stick with a Sheraton or Riviera to cut down on feedback? Or do you have other suggestions for controlling it? RaSTuS
So then, would it make more sense to stick with a Sheraton or Riviera to cut down on feedback? Or do you have other suggestions for controlling it? It's been mentioned often to go easy on the gain, and put some distance between the guitar and the amp, orientation also plays a part. Brian mentions in the Super Champ thread, good cables will help also.
Supersonic
So then, would it make more sense to stick with a Sheraton or Riviera to cut down on feedback? Or do you have other suggestions for controlling it? As Rastus said, the distance between the guitar and amp is a big factor. I'm not sure about the "going easy on the gain" thing, I personally wouldn't want a guitar if I had to do that, but then again I like feedback!! And yes, the solid center block in Sheratons and Rivieras most definitely helps reduce feedback and also provides more sustain than a full hollow body.
