I Honestly Don't Understand?

Not-Too-Late

Recommended Posts

As far as I can tell Grover tuners have not been made in the U.S. since sometime in the 70's.

The U.S. Grovers used to say Made in U.S. on them.

As to the new ones, they are not all the same. I do not believe they are all made in the same factory.

I have had several occasions over the last few years to buy replacements from Stew-mac and others.

The factory sealed packages have tuners that are slightly tighter.

The name "Grover" is also in a different location on the back of the tuner and the bushings are slightly different.

The current company headquarters is in Cleveland, Ohio.

I guess the current tuners would be Grover Clevelands?.. [rolleyes]

So much for trivia.
