It's a sad day when you watch your collection dwindle from 24 to 23. The guit room seems so bare.........so empty .......so cavernous............. musicmaker99 Posted August 11, 2011 Author Share Posted August 11, 2011 I just never played it much and I've got plenty of P90 guitars. The $$$ I knew I could get for it was just about what I needed. Just before it sold I hooked it up to the vintage Fender Twin and my god it sounded so sweet and played like butta! There are other Korean Casino's out there if I decide to replace it but this one was MINTY and setup beautifully. My gretsch 5120 has become my go to archtop and I've still got the Joe Pass, vintage Emperor, Wildkat, Ibanez f75 and ftdg75. But it's always the one's you sell that stick in your mind for awhile (sellers remorse). I gotta a few to go but have decided to invest in quality from here on out and not quantity. Thinking of whittling the collection down to 7 or so. I've added 4 more since this group shot was taken but gone is the Gibby Tribute and now the Casino. I will NEVER sell the Epi Genesis or, believe it or not, my MEMPHIS strat (beats the pants off any MIM fender and hold its own against a Highway one). The Wildkat and vintage Emperor are pretty safe as is the Agile 3100, Epi 56 Goldtop and Gretsch 5120. The rest...make me an offer! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the mood strikes, you won't have any trouble hooking up with another one. That said, I can empathize with your dilemma. My wine red '04 Peerless Casino was purchased new & is in mint condition.
