Tman5293 Posted October 16, 2011 Share Posted October 16, 2011 Went to the guitar show today. Saw lots of cool stuff. Old guitars, old amps, old pedals. Got to meet Jimi Hendrix' personal photographer. Shook his hand and got him to sign a poster of Hendrix. Very cool experience. Also picked up a Kustom bass amp for my brother who just started playing about a month ago. But the best part is the new pedal I picked up. Got it new for $100: Sounds fantastic! Thats around $180 here :angry: It's normally $130 but all the shops lower their prices for the show. The guy gave it to me for $100 flat. No tax. Run that acoustic through your pedalboard, it gives some weird sounds. My acoustic pickup, I'm guessing most are similar, is really low gain, so you really have to crank it to get distortion, but I actually really like my acoustic into the gain channel on my amp, it gives a nice compression Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
