Trewblue Posted March 5, 2012 Share Posted March 5, 2012 Went to my local music store today...just to browse. Came across a ES339 Pro.Very nice feel, build was right on the money. When I resized it had push/pull volume pots I had to plug it in.Sounded very nice in HB position. Surprisingly not muddy. In the single coil position it sounded crisp and bluesy. With the 3 way in the middle position and both pu's in single coil config it really got my attention. It sounded a lot fuller than it looked. Anyway the Dot is on GL for $250. If I dont get any hits on GL may have to figure out how to get the 339 in the house. Also looking at the Wildcat. Price drop makes it doable. Any thoughts on the WC?
