late 70's Gibson S-1

Is anyone in the market for a Gibson S-1 as a project? I've owned this guitar since 1983, but I never play it. I believe it's a 1978 model. It's missing the bridge and tailpiece. I'll add pictures when I get home. Just thought I'd test the water as I'm never going to do anything with it. Thanks.

They weren't all that great. I got this guitar when I was 13 yrs old. I really knew nothing about electric guitars at that point. It was good to noodle around on, but it's certainly not my preferred electric. This guitar is really a project for someone who wants a unique but not-so-well-loved Gibson....

$6....you're sure you're not overextending yourself on this?

I can do better if you want, but not much. I was just going by the mound of pocket change laying in the bottom of my desk drawer.
