Business
My friend got his guitar from here (it's supposed to be an authorized dealer), but it doesn´t seem too Epiphone to me, and serial number doesn't seem to fit any description i've found. Could you help me determine if its real or not, cause I want to buy it from him. Pics:
brad1
Not sure. But I don't like the fact that the tuning key of the G string is not mounted very straight. The button is almost touching the headstock. That does not mean it's a fake though. Hard to tell.
gearhead
CAN YOU POST A STRAIGHT-ON SHOT OF THE HEADSTOCK? IT'S A LITTLE HARD TO JUDGE THOSE INLAYS FROM AN ANGLE.
Business
I dont't have anymore pictures for now. Any help you can give me about the serial number?
iankinzel
From what I can see, the serial number, inlays, knob placement, headstock shape, covers, etc. all seem to match what we're supposed to see on the G-400 Custom.

Cus2310
I have the same guitar, it's a Les Paul Custom 61 re-issue and plays very nice after a good set-up. I will at some point change the pups on mine but they do for now.
