Holmis
Looks stunning, congratulations! I got a 1965 es120t and one thing i´ve noticed, or suspect, is that the top is solid wood, maple i believe. Does your´s look the same? I have read somewhere that the spec say laminate but....??
kleinman
Thanks Holmis. The top is lam maple to curb feedback...just like in the ES-175. It certainly looks solid (quite thick) but if you look VERY carefully you see the 2-ply laminate which is great for jazz and even rock 'n roll. The action, neck and P90 are absolutely outstanding on this guitar.
