daveinspain
Went into a local Cash Converters store today and saw packs of 5 sets of Snarling dog .010 - .046 for 6euros, that's like $8.00.... Was tempted to buy them....

AXE®
Pretty sure no one in the history of the world has ever tried them.
Ryan H
Apparently they used to be a great company...Made in the USA, good quality. They made a few pedals too. Then they outsourced to Korea and everything went to $#!¥. They're apparently fairly low quality strings nowadays. -Ryan
daveinspain
@ Caroline64 thank you for your mature and informative answer... I use their pics which are great... At that price I just might pick up a pack of strings and I don't like them I'll use them as spares...
rct
Apparently they used to be a great company...Made in the USA, good quality. Charlie used to make copious enemies in usenet in the 90s. He was a world class prick, couldn't figure out why all the big pedal studs in the internet guitar worlds weren't foaming up over his pedals. I remember he died a while ago, quite a while ago and I was surprised to see the Snarling Dog name these days. WhinoWahs and some kinda super freak fuzz thingy I remember the most. I haven't ever been a big user of pedals, but I've stepped on them a few times, just ok like most pedals to me. Some loved them, some hated them, Charlie S made everyone hate him in rec.music.makers.guitar, alt.guitar, and alt.guitar.amps. rct
