Really excited to be a member!!! ... and hope Iím posting in the correct forum - lol. Retired two years ago to the Norris Lake area in -Tennessee (originally from Ohio) at the tender age of 64. Have owned Epiphones and a MIM Martin - recently sold them all (except my 2012 Epiphone ES339 PRO Natural)) to buy my dream, a 2016 Gibson J-45 Mystic Honeyburst. As a visitor, Iíve read numerous posts and have been VERY impressed to say the least! Looking forward to enjoying and hopefully contributing to this Forum and to do what it takes to help Gibson stay alive. Iíll try to post some pics etc. once I figure out how.

Welcome to the forum Orfle Posted Image First, congratulations on your Retirement. Yeah, I've been out of the Railroad 5 years now and don't miss it. Great retirement benefits though. Congrats on your J-45 too. Love to see some photos of it, sounds nice.

Welcome, Orphie26,

I have never visited the Norris Lake parts of Tennessee, but have spent quite a bit of time near the lakes and streams close to Johnson City and Elizabethton.

Pretty country!!
Am I alone in this?
